How to establishing a reputation as a new Real-Estate Agent?

I have been reading, you know just getting information on realtors, and agents, and I was reading an article on “Tips for picking a good Agent” and it said alot about experiance and average sales volumes, and so forth, my question is, if you are a new agent with little experiance how do you gain trust, and get things started?

For listings dont worry it will eventually sell thier properties find good realtor info is for listings.
For listings dont worry it takes while to build your business.
