I’m trying to contact as many travel/real estate agents as possible. what is the fastest/easiest way?

I’m working in Thailand . I’m trying to do some marketing for a company that I believe offers a unique set of services and tours. I’m trying to send our intro. letter to as many as possible. Being computer-phobic/illiterate is frustrating. There has to be an easier way to do this other than retyping the letter and writing down e-mail addresses 1-by-1. any assistance and/or advice would be appreciated.     The to cc or bcc boxes generally seperated by comma and then send it via email addresses in either the email but put all the email.
