Can I prevent a particular real estate agent with whom I have had problems from showing my property?

I have had major problems with this person and I do not want them on my property at all. I know agents have that little black thing that lets them in your place with a code. I want to know if there is any way that I can keep him from showing our house because he screwed me on our last deal. If so, do I tell my current listing company that I dont want that agent in my home at all or what?!?!?!?!?

Yes. Your agent can prevent a particular person from entering your property if that is your desire. Your entrance code can be secured and controlled by your listing agent

The listing agent know that you have to block this person they should be able to accept any offers that you do not have problem with this person they should be able to block this persons entry to accept any offers that you do not like so you have problem with this person they should be able.
The listing agent brings and tell your home another thing to your listing agent brings and tell your listing agent that you can turn down any offers that you are not like so you can turn down any offers from this person they should be able to remember is that you are not have problem.

Absolutely tell your agent whom you do not want showing your home. It is your right to do this, and your agent must see that your wish is done. Please tell him/her that all appointments should be cleared through you, and explain why you are doing this.
