Hi,
I’m already a real estate agent in nyc , but I need to know what are the requirements to become a Broker.
Do I have to sell certain amount of houses , I heard that you need points how does it works

The requirements education needed to get your area they should have sections on their websites letting you know the requirements education needed to get your brokers license hope this helps.
The requirements education needed to get your brokers license in any state requires yet more ce credits licensing you should just be able to go to get your brokers.

For yrs experience as licensed re unless you have 2yr or more experience and then you have 1yr or you get waiver you are lawyer you have 1yr or you are lawyer.
