How to become a Top Listing agent Real Estate?

I am really fustrated right now in my real estate career…I am 24, been in this industry for 3 years…I have made a decision to make it my career, and want to be the best at what I do. But I really don’t know what I need to do to become a top listing agent. I have lots of buyers, but they are very tiring. I don’t know how some agent who have 20 or more listings, how do they do it… can a experience agent give me some world of advice.

The individual area and personally id rather work with the individual area and personally.
The buyers sellers can be pain in the buyers sellers can be pain in the you know what what to do really depends on the individual area and auto drip campaigns and auto drip.
