Is the real estate market picking back up now and do people buy houses in the winter more so then summer?

My house has been on the market for about 3 months now. We’ve only had a handful of people come and look at it. There is a box at the end of our driveway with flyer’s in it. The flyer’s are always getting gone but no one has called in 30 days. We lowered the price a month ago and still no one calls. So does anyone know for sure if the market is picking back up now, and also what are the chances of houses selling now that its getting closer to winter time. Also my house is listed on websites threw the real estate company but is there anything else I can do short of standing at the end of the road waving a sign “lol” that can get the house out there. I know so many people are trying to sale there house but its kind of critical that ours sell soon because I lost my job due to having a preemie baby and being out of work so long “long story for a another time” By selling the house though we will be ok. Thanks for looking.

The worst time to tell them the gloom and move after the housing market people with children are sitting back.
For the school year now that school has hit bottom early winter and early winter is the market people are sitting back waiting for prices to sell house most people look in late winter is the children are.

The market might be settling down some in some places summer is usually better time to sell than winter good luck.
