Looking to become a licensed Real Estate Agent?

I’m 25 years old and I currently am looking into becoming a licensed Real Estate agent. Yes I am up to date on the current market, this is why I will only be pursuing this as a part time career until the market turns around. I feel that this a good time for me to learn as much as I can before the market to around, but I’m not to sure what steps I have to go through in order to become a licensed agent. So can someone please help me.

The licensing requirements vary by state call your local board of realtors or the department of commerce they can tell you.

The pay can be erratic particularly now so its good idea to keep your day job as they say.
