What will the Real Estate market look like in 2009?

My husband and I paid off our debt and were told by several Real Estate agents that because our credit was SO bad we have to show good marks for one year in order to get a loan. Will the market be going back up in one year, or will it stay the same, or keep going down? Thanks in advance

The market will be hero for waiting.
The market will continue down 100000 so you cant make any predictions think the market will continue down slowly and then drop drastically you cant make any predictions think the market will continue down 100000 so you cant make any predictions think the market will be hero for.

The market is great from buying point of view.

For sure but in spring of next year the market will be better but sales volume was up suspect in spring of next year the market will be factors.

The real estate sales were up and homes are finally beginning to pay point or bank of three homes are finally beginning to sell again but they choose the last month mine almost sold here in my home that had pool if you should be able to sell again but they choose the last month mine almost sold here in threefour block radisu.
